Richard was recruited in 1998, to work specifically within the specialist travel division. He is a very experienced, technical underwriter of the tour operators liability policy.

He continues to develop a keen interest in the travel industry and is an advocate of smarter working practices and risk management.

Richard is an avid follower of Watford Football Club. Cricket and golf also rate amongst his personal interests.
